Every signal, side by side
Your ring knows your sleep, your watch knows your training, your lab knows your biomarkers and your doctors know your history. None of them talk to each other. Syntropy Health puts them on one timeline.
Ask anything, across everything
Ask how your sleep is trending, whether your training is moving your resting heart rate, or what changed since your last blood test. The assistant looks things up across your wearables, labs and records to answer, and shows you each lookup.
- It can read your data but never change it
- Every lookup is logged
- One person's data at a time
Use the AI you choose
You decide which AI answers, and so where your questions go. Choose one to see what it sees. Or use none at all: everything else works without it.
Everything stays on your computers. Answers are only as good as the model you run.
The provider sees your questions and the records the assistant looks up to answer them, under its own terms and privacy policy.
It runs with read-only access to your records and nothing else: no shell, files or web. Its maker sees what it's asked and looks up, under your plan's terms.
Each access can be limited to one person and revoked at any time, and every lookup is logged. What the app does with answers is up to its own policies.
A cloud AI provider can see the health information you ask about. If that's not for you, use a local model, or no AI at all.
See what moves your numbers
Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training on the same timeline as every lab result, in one unit, with your range shaded. When your watch and your ring both measure something, it's counted once.
- Wearables, labs and vitals organized by topic
- Workouts with routes and heart rate
- Paper and PDF lab reports join the same charts
Your full medical history too
Sign in to your patient portals and your lab results, medications, conditions, visits and notes come in from every hospital and clinic you use. When two report the same thing, you see it once. Print a one-page summary before an appointment, or keep a profile for a child or parent you look after.
- More than 20,000 U.S. hospitals and clinics
- Duplicates merged, the original kept for every item
- A visit summary and exports in standard formats
Workouts and journal
Workouts with routes and heart rate, plus sleep stages, symptoms, cycle tracking, mood, mindfulness and ECGs from your iPhone.
Paper lab reports too
Photograph a paper report or open a lab's PDF. It's read on your own device, you check the numbers, and they join your trends.
Alerts worth your attention
A lab result outside your range, a source that needs reconnecting or a sync that failed, in one place instead of your inbox.
Private by design, not by promise
Your health data never passes through a Syntropy server, because there isn't one that stores it.
It runs on your devices
Data syncs straight from your hospitals, wearables and phone to your own device and stays there.
No account to create
There's no Syntropy account to sign up for. This website has no analytics, cookies or trackers.
Locked down by default
A required password, sign-ins encrypted at rest, and a log of every sign-in, sync, export and AI lookup.
Open code
The code that handles your records is public for you, or anyone you trust, to check. Free for personal use.
Your Apple Health data, home at last
The Syntropy Health iPhone app browses and charts every kind of Apple Health data, exports any range, and runs automations to your own tools. Connect it to your Syntropy Health and new data syncs in the background, with everything else one tap away.
- Workouts with routes, sleep stages, symptoms, cycle tracking and ECGs
- Works on its own, even without a server
- Face ID lock

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Syntropy Health is free for personal use and its code is public. If you use the AI assistant with your own key, your AI provider bills you directly.
Which AI can I use?
A model running on your own computer or another one at home (Ollama, LM Studio and similar), your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter or another OpenAI-compatible service, agents you already have installed and signed in to on the same computer (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI), or any app that supports MCP, such as Claude Desktop. You don't need AI to use Syntropy Health at all.
Does Syntropy see my health data?
No. Your records go from your hospital or clinic straight to your own device, and your phone and wearables sync to it directly. There's no Syntropy account and no Syntropy server that stores health data. How it works
Which wearables and hospitals can I connect?
Apple Health (and everything that writes to it), Oura, WHOOP, and Fitbit and Pixel Watch through Google Health. For medical records, Syntropy Health uses the standard patient-access connection that U.S. hospitals and clinics are required to offer, and its directory lists more than 20,000 of them. Approval from each patient-portal company is in progress; until then you can bring in records from an Apple Health export, a file downloaded from your portal, or a lab report.
What devices does it work on?
Today, the iPhone app and the self-hosted version, which runs on a home server, a NAS or any Mac, Windows or Linux computer. One-click Mac and Windows apps and an Android app are on the way. See all platforms
Do I need to be technical?
Not for the iPhone app. The self-hosted version takes a few commands to set up today; the Mac and Windows apps will install in one click.
Is it medical advice?
No. It's your own copy of your data, for seeing trends and understanding them. It doesn't diagnose anything, and neither does the AI. Check anything important with your care team.
